Thank you for taking the time to review our information regarding considering Colorgraphics to photograph your high school athletic program. We strive to make the picture session process as simple and worry-free as possible for all involved.
We have photographed hundreds of high school and middle school athletic programs over the course of 4 decades. Our 46 years of experience speaks for itself, we keep it simple and efficient. We give the parents various package options that are very affordable and not overpriced!
Listed below are some of the options we offer. There are too many to list here so please let us know what your needs are and in most cases, we are able to accommodate whatever you may need.

Colorgraphics USA uses a convenient order envelope system – each athlete receives their order envelope 7 to 10 days prior to the session date. We provide you with the total number of envelopes needed for all your athletes in the program (we usually send the envelopes rubber banded in packets of 15 envelopes for easy distribution) The envelope packets are distributed to the coaches to hand out to the athletes so they can bring them home for parents to review and order. The envelope essentially collects the order money, provides us the address to mail the pictures home to the parents and at the session we collect the envelopes and number them with our camera frame number as the athletes get their pictures taken to I D them. We take care of everything from that point on so you don’t have to.
ALL ORDER ENVELOPES NEED TO BE HANDED OUT 7 to 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PICTURE DAY OR THE SESSION WILL BE A DISASTER!

- Fundraising options are available on all of our packages to rebate back to the boosters or athletic program.
- All orders are shipped directly to the parent’s homes via 1st class mail.
- We provide digital images of all the team pictures taken for your use. We use “we transfer” to transfer the files to your email inbox. You can also provide us with the yearbook advisor's email and we will forward a set of digital team images to them also.
- Colorgraphics USA will provide you with (2) 8x10 team pictures with a border and graphics of each team photographed for your use. We use a border with the school name and logo (mascot).
- We send 2 photographers to each session and can do one team every 10 minutes with (20 athletes or under) 15 minutes per team for track, football, lacrosse and other teams with 25 to 35 plus athletes on a team.
- Most schools schedule the teams that need to catch a bus after school to travel, right at the beginning of the session and we hustle them through to get them out onto the bus. At most schools, we usually average 2 or 3 teams that have to get out quickly to a bus and we can accommodate that easily.
