Thank you for taking the time to review our information regarding considering Colorgraphics to photograph your students. We strive to make the picture session process as simple and worry free as possible for all involved. We don’t use blue and green screens and have a myriad choices of backdrops and convoluted packages that make the portrait experience confusing, frustrating and unaffordable. Our 46 years of experience speaks for itself, we make it simple and efficient. More importantly, we don’t have over priced packages with very few pictures in them. We offer great packages that give the parents the options they want at very affordable prices. That’s it! We hope that you will seriously consider allowing Colorgraphics to be your next photographers for your portrait session.
Listed below are some of the options we offer. There are too many to list here so please let us know what your needs are and in most cases we are able to accommodate whatever you may need.
Colorgraphics will provide you with (2) 5x7 class prints for each class photographed. One for the teacher and one for the school.
We usually send 2 photographers to our sessions and that allows us to be able to photograph one class every 15 to 20 minutes (class size of 15 to 20 students) (kindergarten may take a little longer depending on the disposition of the kids)

Colorgraphics uses a convenient order envelope system – each student receives their order envelope 7 to 10 days prior to the session date. We provide you with the total number of envelopes needed for all your students in the school. The envelopes are distributed to the teachers to hand out to the students to bring home for parents to review and order. The envelope essentially collects the order money, provides us the address to mail the portraits home to the students and at the session we collect the envelopes and number them with our camera frame number as the student gets their portrait taken to I D them. We take care of everything from that point on so you don’t have to.
ALL ORDER ENVELOPES NEED TO BE HANDED OUT 7 to 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PICTURE DAY OR THE SESSION WILL BE A DISASTER!

- Fundraising options are available on all of our packages to rebate back to the PTO or school
- All orders are shipped directly to the parent’s homes via 1st class mail (you can also chose to have the portraits delivered to you for distribution at school)
- You can chose from a composite class picture or we can set up an actual formal class picture on site
- We provide digital images of all individual and class portraits taken - for the schools use.
